T.A.L.K. is the Teen Advisory Library "Kouncil" for Pike County Public Library.
It was formed in 2004 with adult advisors from PCPL, as well as a core group of Pike County teens. This organization supports the library in providing services and materials to meet the demands of PCPL teens. T.A.L.K. works with the library and staff to suggest and help implement programs and events for teens, fundraisers for the library, and give input for materials to be purchased for the teen section.
Any teen library cardholder 12 and up is invited to join T.A.L.K by filling out a T.A.L.K. Application. T.A.L.K. traditionally meets the second Friday night of each month at the Dingman Township Branch library.
